WESTech announces organizational changes and the establishment of WESTech Distribution CZ

WESTech announces planned organizational changes that represent an important step in the further development of the group and will bring an even higher level of customer service, more efficient processes, and a stronger focus for each company on its core areas of expertise.

Effective July 1, 2026, part of the company will be spun off into the newly established company WESTech Distribution CZ. This change also applies to the dreame.cz and online.westech.cz e-commerce platforms.

The establishment of WESTech Distribution CZ will enable both companies to further strengthen their expertise, respond more flexibly to market demands, and provide customers and business partners with even higher-quality services within their respective specialized segments.

As part of this change, the product portfolio available on online.westech.cz will be adjusted. Apple devices and related accessories will be removed from the offering. These products will continue to be available through the b2b.istores.czB2B portal under WESTech CZ.

This change is part of the strategic direction of both companies and will create a strong foundation for future growth, the development of specialized services, and the long-term strengthening of relationships with customers and business partners.
