WESTech, spol. s r.o. ako dc\u00e9rska spolo\u010dnos\u0165 &#8222;ELKO Group&#8220; d\u0148om 01.01.2024 adoptuje ni\u017e\u0161ie uveden\u00e9 znenie Etick\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu partnerov a implementuje do zmluvnej dokument\u00e1cie, tak aby Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex partnerov zav\u00e4zoval obchodn\u00fdch partnerov WESTech, spol. s r.o.<\/p>\n<p>Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex pre partnerov je s\u00fabor usmernen\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 stanovuj\u00fa etick\u00e9 a pr\u00e1vne \u0161tandardy, ktor\u00e9 Akciov\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 \u201eELKO Grupa\u201c a jej dc\u00e9rske spolo\u010dnosti (\u010falej aj \u201eELKO Group\u201c alebo \u201eELKO\u201c) o\u010dak\u00e1vaj\u00fa od svojich obchodn\u00fdch partnerov. Tento k\u00f3dex je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby podporoval \u010destn\u00e9 a etick\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie a zabezpe\u010dil dodr\u017eiavanie v\u0161etk\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch z\u00e1konov, pravidiel a predpisov v oblastiach pracovn\u00fdch postupov, \u013eudsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v, ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, ochrany osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, zhody v\u00fdrobkov a protikorup\u010dn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V s\u00falade s t\u00fdmto Etick\u00fdm k\u00f3dexom pre partnerov je ka\u017ed\u00fd, kto je spojen\u00fd so skupinou ELKO, povinn\u00fd dodr\u017eiava\u0165 \u0161tandardy stanoven\u00e9 v tomto k\u00f3dexe.<\/p>\n<p>Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex pre partnerov sa zaober\u00e1 \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lou t\u00e9m, nie je v\u0161ak vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00faci. V pr\u00edpadoch, ke\u010f Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex pre partnerov stanovuje vy\u0161\u0161ie alebo pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie \u0161tandardy, ne\u017e ak\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00fa pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1kony alebo predpisy, maj\u00fa prednos\u0165 ustanovenia Etick\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu pre partnerov.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                                                    <div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n                    <h2>V\u0161eobecne platn\u00e9 podmienky<\/h2>\n<p>Etick\u00fd k\u00f3dex pre partnerov sa vz\u0165ahuje na v\u0161etk\u00fdch dod\u00e1vate\u013eov, distrib\u00fatorov, ve\u013ekoobchodn\u00edkov, predajcov, obchodn\u00fdch z\u00e1stupcov a in\u00fdch obchodn\u00fdch partnerov skupiny ELKO.<\/p>\n<p>Ako partner skupiny ELKO Group:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>budete pracova\u0165 v s\u00falade s po\u017eiadavkami stanoven\u00fdmi v Etickom k\u00f3dexe pre partnerov;<\/li>\n<li>s\u00fahlas\u00edte s t\u00fdm, \u017ee budete informova\u0165 svojich zamestnancov, z\u00e1stupcov, predstavite\u013eov a subdod\u00e1vate\u013eov alebo in\u00e9 z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00e9 tretie strany o vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdch po\u017eiadavk\u00e1ch Etick\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu pre partnerov a \u017ee urob\u00edte v\u0161etko pre zabezpe\u010denie toho, aby uveden\u00e9 osoby a strany tieto po\u017eiadavky re\u0161pektovali a dodr\u017eiavali;<\/li>\n<li>umo\u017en\u00edte ELKO Group alebo nez\u00e1visl\u00e9mu aud\u00edtorovi v s\u00falade so zmluvou medzi ELKO Group a vami ako partnerom, ak existuje d\u00f4vod domnieva\u0165 sa, \u017ee do\u0161lo k poru\u0161eniu Etick\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu pre partnerov, skontrolova\u0165 dodr\u017eiavanie k\u00f3dexu prostredn\u00edctvom vhodn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed, ako s\u00fa audit, hodnotenie, in\u0161pekcia, \u0161etrenie, pr\u00edpadne rev\u00edzie. ELKO Group vopred p\u00edsomne upozorn\u00ed na aplik\u00e1ciu tak\u00fdchto opatren\u00ed, pokia\u013e nehroz\u00ed bezprostredn\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo, a zrealizuje tak\u00e9to opatrenia sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd neovplyvn\u00ed be\u017en\u00fd chod v\u00e1\u0161ho podniku. Externe zabezpe\u010dovan\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 sila je vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 v s\u00falade s platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec dost\u00e1va spravodliv\u00fa a primeran\u00fa odmenu, ktor\u00e1 zodpoved\u00e1 vykon\u00e1vanej pr\u00e1ci, individu\u00e1lnemu v\u00fdkonu, kvalifik\u00e1cii a situ\u00e1cii na trhu pr\u00e1ce. Odme\u0148ovanie sa ur\u010duje na z\u00e1klade hodnoty pracovnej poz\u00edcie (vr\u00e1tane \u00farovne zodpovednosti, po\u017eadovan\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed a kompetenci\u00ed a in\u00fdch objekt\u00edvnych faktorov) a ak\u00e1ko\u013evek forma priamej alebo nepriamej diskrimin\u00e1cie pri ur\u010dovan\u00ed odmeny je pr\u00edsne zak\u00e1zan\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sada rovnak\u00e9ho odme\u0148ovania sa uplat\u0148uje bez oh\u013eadu na pohlavie, vek, \u0161t\u00e1tnu pr\u00edslu\u0161nos\u0165 alebo in\u00e9 osobn\u00e9 okolnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Odmena je vypl\u00e1can\u00e1 pravidelne v s\u00falade s jasne stanoven\u00fdm harmonogramom a s\u00fa zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 transparentn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 jej v\u00fdpo\u010dtu. Odme\u0148ovanie sa prehodnocuje a hodnot\u00ed na ro\u010dnej b\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n<p>Zamestnancom je zaru\u010den\u00e1 odmena, ktor\u00e1 nie je ni\u017e\u0161ia ako z\u00e1konom stanoven\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna mzda v pr\u00edslu\u0161nej krajine. V\u0161etk\u00fdm zamestnancom sa poskytuje mzda na \u00farovni \u017eivotn\u00e9ho minima (living wage), ktor\u00e1 posta\u010duje na pokrytie z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00fdch potrieb a umo\u017e\u0148uje aj ur\u010dit\u00fd disponibiln\u00fd pr\u00edjem; ak je to relevantn\u00e9, mzda sa ur\u010duje na z\u00e1klade krit\u00e9ri\u00ed stanoven\u00fdch v kolekt\u00edvnych zmluv\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1sada nediskrimin\u00e1cie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00ed sa uplat\u0148ova\u0165 pr\u00edsna politika nediskrimin\u00e1cie v r\u00e1mci procesu prij\u00edmania zamestnancov, ako aj v ka\u017edodenn\u00fdch pracovn\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. S ka\u017ed\u00fdm by sa malo zaobch\u00e1dza\u0165 rovnako bez oh\u013eadu na jeho rasu, pohlavie, rodov\u00fa identifik\u00e1ciu, sexu\u00e1lnu orient\u00e1ciu, n\u00e1rodnostn\u00fd p\u00f4vod, materinsk\u00fd jazyk, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstvo, vek, zdravotn\u00e9 postihnutie, rodinn\u00fd stav, ob\u010dianstvo, genetick\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, tehotenstvo alebo ak\u00fako\u013evek in\u00fa charakteristiku chr\u00e1nen\u00fa z\u00e1konom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sloboda zdru\u017eovania sa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uznanie pr\u00e1va zamestnancov slobodne zaklada\u0165 a vstupova\u0165 alebo nevstupova\u0165 do odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed alebo podobn\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed zastupuj\u00facich zamestnancov a pr\u00e1vo na kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie;<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kaz postihovania, prenasledovania, diskrimin\u00e1cie alebo zastra\u0161ovania zamestnancov ak vst\u00fapia do odborovej organiz\u00e1cie alebo p\u00f4sobia ako z\u00e1stupcovia zamestnancov;<\/p>\n<p>Udr\u017eiava\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd a d\u00f4vern\u00fd mechanizmus pod\u00e1vania s\u0165a\u017enost\u00ed, ktor\u00fd napom\u00e1ha otvorenej komunik\u00e1cii medzi veden\u00edm spolo\u010dnosti a pracovn\u00edkmi a v\u010dasn\u00e9mu, otvoren\u00e9mu a informovan\u00e9mu rie\u0161eniu probl\u00e9mov, a nab\u00e1da\u0165 zamestnancov, aby vyu\u017e\u00edvali mechanizmy pod\u00e1vania s\u0165a\u017enost\u00ed bez strachu z trestu alebo odplaty.<\/p>\n<h2>Bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a ochrana zdravia<\/h2>\n<p>V s\u00falade s medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdmi normami bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci sa partneri zav\u00e4zuj\u00fa vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 a udr\u017eiava\u0165 pracovn\u00e9 prostredie bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 pre svojich zamestnancov, n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov, dod\u00e1vate\u013eov a v\u0161etk\u00fdch subdod\u00e1vate\u013eov, ktor\u00ed pracuj\u00fa v ich mene.
